You have to complete Persuasion or Intimidation checks to progress further. Complete all dialogue checks and destroy the prison cells and escort Sazza out of the druid grove. You have to descend down and take the secret hidden path to exit the cage.
Next, you have to accept Sazza’s deals and meet with goblin leaders like Minthara and High Priestess Gut. Here, you will find the true face of Sazza and she will reveal more about her intentions to kill you. But, the other goblin leaders will assist you and betray her. You will be left with a couple of choices now.
You have to either slay Sazza or spare her for later. This will unlock more questlines with her. Also, if you take the deals of Goblin Camp leaders, you have to kill the innocent Tieflings and refugees inside the druid grove camp who are trapped along with the NPC Halsin.
If you choose to get a better ending, then you may have to take on the three goblin leaders and slay them. Also, make sure Sazza is not killed as this may lead to the breaching of the paladin’s oath of devotion. Saving Sazza will also get you the powerful dagger weapon, Assassin’s Torch along with some rare resources and equipment.

Assassin’s Torch is an uncommon magic weapon that’s used to inflict pierce attacks. This dagger weapon also comes with a dice of roll +1d4. Deathly Slumber, the weapon’s feature can be utilized to deal heavy necrotic damage to all creatures that sleep.
Also, this feature works well against creatures that are knocked out. The weapon also provides +1 Enchantment and the Piercing Strike action will be unlocked as well.
