Reach Shattered Sanctum and go towards the southeast and find the campsite where the Priestess Gut is located. You have to be wary of her minions and troops. Priestess Gut will be bolstered by her troops throughout the battle and you have to destroy the drums inside the zone. Try her to tap inside the room with minimal troops as this will help you defeat her at ease.

When the priestess taps the drum, other goblins from the camp will invade and this will be a nightmare for your party members. So, it’s better to clear the drums and trap her inside the locked room.

To defeat the Priestess, True Gut, you can procure ranged and melee weapons. Also, carry fire and melee spells. Weapons like crossbows, daggers and spears will be good. Also, you can unleash stealth effects to stun and slay her. Priestess attacks from long-range primarily and you have to position your troops accordingly .

Tips to Beat Priestess Gut

You can use a powerful melee weapon and launch the first attack. Use status effects like Silence, Stun or Shock frequently. This will give you an advantage. In a confined room, Priestess will be vulnerable to your attacks. Her major attacks come from Guiding Bolt and Mirror Image spells.

These spells will unleash a duplicate version of herself and Priestess will deal a huge radiant damage. Her attack rolls gain an advantage and you can use Silenced effects to stop her progress. She will throw burning hands, a powerful fire elemental spell that delas massive fire damage from close-range. You can counterattack using a melee weapon.

Later, she will use Smash action to unleash Bludgeoning attacks from her melee weapon. Her final option is Absolute Protection and this will mark your units and curse them. This will also increase her defense.

Use your spells and melee weapons, launch attacks from every end. Stay within the radius of Gut and unleash powerful and heavy attacks.  You can throw poison spells as well. She’s immune to poison and fire spells. Drain her hp bars and complete the battle.

Overcoming the Priestess’ attacks gets better with a shield and helmet. You can play with Fighter, Rogue and Druid class heroes against this goblin leader. Also, after defeating the True Gut, all three goblins will be exposed and you can free Halsin and his people from the goblins and save Druid Grove as well.
