Shaquille O’Neal, a former NBA star, accomplishes nearly everything significant. He practically has to buy custom-made cars, a 450 square foot bed, and out-of-this-world amenities for his $1.5 million Georgia home because he is 7’1″ tall.
However, some well-known basketball players fade into obscurity after leaving the NBA, but Shaq has done the exact opposite. He is well-known as a business tycoon, investor, and TV host.
The 50-year-old not only received $292 million from the NBA, but he also continues to receive an additional $60 million each year from endorsements and business ventures which include a total of 50 brands. Shaq has a $475 million dollar net worth.

5. 50 different brands owned
The Franchise King claims that O’Neal is the owner of a mall, a theatre, and a number of Las Vegas nightclubs. Along with 150 car washes, 17 Auntie Anne’s, at least nine Papa John’s, 155 Five Guys Burger locations, and 40 24 Hour Fitness gyms, he also co-owns these businesses.
The NBA player is now the second-largest individual shareholder at Authentic Brands Group (ABG), thanks to a partnership with the company. He holds shares in companies like Forever 21, Barneys New York, J.C. Penny, and Reebok.
4. The Custom Tree House
Although it is located on the same property as his main residence in McDonough, Georgia, the treehouse is deserving of its own category. Pete Nelson from Animal Planet’s Treehouse Masters was hired by O’Neal in 2018 to construct a unique treehouse on the property.
The unique building is the ultimate man cave and features Shaq’s name on a wooden plaque, a fire pit, and an oversized door with a “S” carved into the front. Visitors can take advantage of the poker table, dart board, full bar, and a sizable portrait of the big man in a tuxedo smoking a cigar inside.
3. Car Collection
His 17-car collection includes a number of modified vehicles that were required for smaller, more opulent vehicles due to O’Neal’s height. According to reports, he bought a Mercedes-Benz an hour after inking his initial NBA contract.
O’Neal once bought three Bentleys at once, according to Hot Cars, just because the salesman asked if he had the money. To fit his large frame, the celebrity drives a stretched Lamborghini and an extended Ferrari. He spent $60,000 on modifications to his F650 pickup truck, which he owns.
But his customised Vador is the one he seems to be most proud of. Supercraft Custom Crafted Cars designed the car, and most of his opulent rides have his distinctive Superman “S” logo, making them one of a kind.

The star is frequently spotted riding a Dirty Sixer, a brand of bike that makes tall-friendly vehicles and sells them for close to $5,000 each.
He also likes riding his modified Orange-County Chopper motorcycle. To accommodate his needs, designers added an extra four feet.

The $10 million yacht comes in handy in this situation, and there is plenty of space for everyone to unwind and enjoy each other’s company.
The yacht has a main lounge with a piano and cocktail tables as well as a chandelier that can be seen from both the main lounge and the casual dining area. On the sun deck, there is a pool with a retractable glass roof and a fully stocked bar.
The yacht has space for up to 40 people on board and features a full-sized spa room with a sauna.
