The book spawns inside the Karsus Section and the exact coordinates to reach this location are X 319 and Y 1000. Solve the puzzle and unlock the door. Also, you can cast the Knock spell to open the door.
Unlocking the door can be tricky as you have to solve puzzles. Opening 3 doors in the correct order will unlock the Karsus vault. The right order is Silverhand, Abjuration and Silver. After opening these doors, you will get access to the lever of the karsus vault. Get inside and collect the Annals of Karsus book. Once you collect the book, you can leave the place immediately.
Scroll of Dethrone is unlocked automatically with the Annals of Karsus book. The Scroll of Dethrone grants the Dethrone spell. This Necromancer spell deals necrotic damage to a single target.
