After numerous months of speculation, the couple officially decided to mutually part ways in early October as the paperwork was filed by separate divorce attorneys. Some sources even claimed that football had no part to play in the couple’s marital troubles.
Since the official paperwork has been filed and both rockstars have decided to part ways, there have been plenty of speculations regarding how their enormous wealth and their joint purchases will be distributed are also on the rise. While we await an official word on the same, it seems like the first purchase is all set to make the headlines.

Even when Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have decided to part ways, they have not fought over the custody of their children. As a result of which, both these spoken off personnel are seeking joint custody of their three kids.
That being said, according to the reports of Page Six, the Brazilian Supermodel has purchased a mansion worth around $11.5 million on the very iconic Miami Beach. As it turns out, the mansion is right across the street from Brady’s bungalow. How fascinating does that sound.
To those who are unaware, this is not a surprise move – Gisele was in talks about buying the home since early August. The 5 bedroom, 7 bathrooms, 6,600 square foot Gisele’s mansion is actually just minutes away from Brady’s house. Perhaps that is a way on how they could easily take care of their children without any fuss.
