Lost Ark players can now access a new type of gear known as Sidereal Weapons. These weapons can be obtained by completing a new questline that starts at an Item Level of 1520. The first step in this questline is to obtain a ‘Sidereal: Galatur’s Will’ item. It can be earned by completing either the Normal or Hard mode of the Brelshaza Legion Raid.

Lost Ark Sidereal Weapons

Unlike other gear, Lost Ark Sidereal Weapons do not have varying probabilities when being honed. Instead, they ‘evolve’ at a 100% probability once the required materials have been collected and applied, along with the relevant prerequisite quests. Furthermore, the weapon’s appearance changes every 2 levels, providing a visually striking progression system.

Upgrading Lost Ark Sidereal Weapons requires two new materials: Sidereal Energy and Romantic Ingredient Kits. Sidereal Energy can be obtained by completing Brelshaza Gate 6 (Normal or Hard) and Kakul-Saydon Gate 3. Additionally, players can exchange 100 ‘Phantom Intentions,’ earned from Brelshaza Hard mode, for 1 ‘Sidereal Energy’ at the ‘Legion Raid Exchange.’ Romantic Ingredient Kits, on the other hand, can be crafted from Trade Skills in the Stronghold.

Sidereal Unity

Sidereal Unity is a unique feature that unites a Sidereal skill with the player’s Lost Ark Sidereal Weapons, providing a particularly powerful effect. There is an effect available for each of the seven Sidereals, which can be unlocked by upgrading the weapon to level 6 or higher. The first time a player upgrades their Sidereal Weapon to level 6, they will receive a Unity effect for free. After that, changing the Unity (to a different Sidereal) requires Stones of Chaos. The amount and conditions vary depending on the level of the weapon being upgraded.

It is worth noting that Sidereal Unity Skills cannot be used in certain situations, such as when a player has selected a faction in the Rowen Continent, in content that adjusts a player’s stats, or in content that involves PvP. However, passive skills are automatically activated when the conditions are met, making them an excellent addition to any player’s arsenal. To access and apply Sidereal Unity, players need to use the button located at the bottom of the Character Profile UI. Additionally, Sidereal Unity Skills/Effects can be activated using [Ctrl] + [V] & [Ctrl] + [B].

Quests and Content

Lost Ark players can now experience new quests and content with the latest update. One of the most exciting additions is the South Vern Despair Chaos Dungeons. These dungeons come with new achievements and titles, and players can enter them at two different entrance levels: Despair 1 (at Item Level 1540) and Despair 2 (at Item Level 1560).

The T3 Hall of the Sun ‘Inferno’ mode Boss Rush is another new addition that requires an Item Level of 1540 to enter. Additionally, the update includes Stronghold Special Dispatches, achievements, and titles that are related to this new mode.

Players can also engage with a series of quests that take place on Wisdom Isle. These quests continue the ongoing story of Lost Ark and serve as a prerequisite for story quests that will be added in future updates.
