To start, you’ll need to obtain materials from the Legion Raid Phantom Legion Commander Brelshaza Hard mode. These materials are used to craft Ancient gear. It has a higher level cap and more powerful stats than its Relic counterpart.
But before you can craft Ancient gear, there are a few conditions that must be met. Firstly, your character’s item level must be at least 1540. Additionally, you must have earned the achievement “Phantom Shard Remnants” level 1. This is obtained by equipping a full 6-set of Relic gear from the Phantom Legion Commander Raid at the same time (regardless of the set bonus).
Once you’ve met these requirements, you can transfer Tier 3 Upper Relic gear to Ancient level gear. The gear’s quality and set levels will be maintained during the transfer process, unless the new piece has a higher quality. It’s also worth noting that Ancient gear shares the same set effects and options as Relic gear.
To further enhance your Ancient gear, you can hone it up to level 25. Each additional honing level adds 5 item levels, making your gear even more powerful. And if you manage to reach Ancient weapon honing level +22, +24, or +25, you’ll unlock new honing effects. This will update your weapon’s effect.

Lost Ark Ancient Accessories

To start, Ancient accessories can be earned from a variety of activities, including South Vern Chaos Dungeons (Despair Level 1 & 2), Hanumatan Guardian Raid, Brelshaza Hard mode Legion Raid, and Proving Grounds. These accessories have unique Engraving Effect Points. The first active engraving effect has a maximum of 6 and a minimum of 4. The second active engraving effect has a maximum of 3 and a minimum of 3. Finally, the negative engraving penalty effect has a maximum of 3 and a minimum of 1.

But what about upgrading your existing Relic accessories to Ancient grade? It’s possible to upgrade your Relic grace bracelets to Ancient grade bracelets, but there are a few conditions to be met. Firstly, your Relic bracelet must already have a granted bonus before it can be upgraded. When you upgrade your bracelet, the previously granted bonus will be enhanced and changed to a fixed bonus, and one grant bonus slot will be created for a random bonus. This bonus can be changed up to 3 times, regardless of how many times you’ve granted a bonus before upgrading your bracelet.
To upgrade your bracelet, you’ll need to visit the Bracelet Specialist NPC in major cities. The first time you grant a bonus after upgrading your bracelet will cost 38,000 Silver, the same cost as granting a second bonus for an Ancient bracelet. To obtain the necessary materials for upgrading, you’ll need 100 Crushed Radiant Hero Bracelets, which can be obtained by dismantling Ancient bracelets.
