Xbox Partner Preview- Tales of Kenzera: Zau

An EA game in this reveal is always a treat for fans. Xbox already has one title which is similar to this game i.e. the Ori and the Will of the Wisps. To put a better comparison, we can easily put this game next to the latest Prince of Persia game and gamers would not be surprised if its the same game. All things aside, this game got a release date i.e. April 23rd 2024 and seems like a great title in the platforming genre.

Xbox Partner Preview – Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess

Capcom does it again, as they do know how to implement great gameplay with lore. No this is not a Ghost of Tsushima game and my personal observation is that this game took inspiration from the acclaimed Onimusha series. The Japanese art style, the combat and the music seem similar. Who knows? We might actually get a new Onimusha title.

Xbox Partner Preview- The First Berserker: Khazan

Nioh meets Xbox? This game seems like a soulsborne game from the start and its not shy to show off its inspiration. Get ready to break your controllers or die trying. Expect brutal difficulty, deep gameplay and a risk and reward system when it comes to battles. Yes, I can already smell the sweet smell of victory / the stench of death.

Xbox Partner Preview- Unknown 9 Awakening

Oof, that Indian accent was on point as soon as this trailer started. even though it looked like a small teases about what was to come, this game seems like it took inspiration from games like Assassin’s Creed and A Plague Tale series. Let’s see what we have in store for us.

Xbox Partner Preview- Sleight of Hand

Smart? Cool? Sexy? All check, this plus a femme fatale to top it all off. The art style is unique and the character models are comical. This game reminds of of XIII, one of the most underrated and overlooked shooters of the older generation of games. Cautiously excited about this title.

Xbox Partner Preview- The Alters

As much as I appreciated the graphics and slight gameplay systems that were introduced in this game, it seems like there is a lot more to be desired from this title. It clearly looks like a blend of Death Stranding and Returnal, both Playstation exclusives.

Xbox Partner Preview- Creatures of Ava

Ahh, the sound of music, especially the flute. Music is magical and the dynamic art style of this game is so cute!!! The animals look cuddly and fluffy. This trailer is an example of how no dialogue can make such a huge impact. Simplicity at its best.

Xbox Partner Preview- Griefville: Survive the Nightmare x Chucky

Haha, did not expect rock beats and grindhouse movies. Yes, Chucky is in the trailer and the fun frantic gameplay of Roblox is here too. The most attactive aspect of this trailer was the subtlety in the genre. Get scared of Chucky as its coming for you.

Xbox Partner Preview- The Sinking City 2

Not Silent Hill, Not The Evil Within but definitely an overlooked game finally gets its sequel. The Sinking City 2 seems like it will capture genres of Horror and action with a dazzle of survival. Heart pounding sessions incoming.

Xbox Partner Preview- Stalker: Legends of the Zone

Are you serious?? One of the most overlooked PC gaming shooter series is here on Xbox and is coming to consoles. The best part about it is, this trilogy is available to play right now. Yes, I am referring to the Stalker series. Get ready to take out those guns and blast your way to the past.

Xbox Partner Preview- Monster Jam Showdown

What can go wrong with Monster trucks and rock music? Maybe nothing, maybe everything. This trailer is too bland for my taste but can be a surprise hit who knows? The gameplay and graphics look like they are from a previous generation of gaming. Maybe they are trying for a nostalgic move? Enough said about this game.

Xbox Partner Preview- Persona 3 Reload Episode Aigis

The final chapter of this gem of a JRPG is arriving in September this year. More Persona content is always great. It would also be a great time for veterans of the game to play this gem again and get prepared for the upcoming episode. Seriously, Persona is uncomparable.

Xbox Partner Preview- Frostpunk 2

Another title with a release date and in fact a sequel. Frostpunk 2 is Frostpunk too (get it?) The steampunk gameplay is reminiscent of the Fallout series but they are 2 different games all together. Coming to a sequel, as long as it improves on every aspect, this game might be a surprise hit.
