Isshiki Otsutsuki is a member of the Otsutsuki clan, a group of god-like aliens who travel through the cosmos looking for powerful chakra to consume.
Isshiki Otsutsuki first appeared in the Boruto manga in chapter 38, where he is known to be the leader of the Kara organization. Kara is a criminal group of ninjas and cyborgs who are hunting down powerful individuals and collecting their chakra in order to revive their leader, Jigen, who was believed to be the strongest member of Kara until Ishikki’s arrival. However, it is later revealed that Jigen was just a vessel for Isshiki’s consciousness, and Jigen’s body. Ultimately hr becomes Ishikki’s vessel after he could no longer contain his power.
Isshiki Abilities
He is a very powerful being and known for his intelligence, as well as his ability to manipulate the fabric of space and time using his Dojutsu, a unique technique that allows him to manipulate reality. He also has incredible physical strength and speed, as well as a range of other abilities that make him a formidable opponent. One such ability is his ability to create and manipulate a powerful energy called “Karma,” which allows him to take over the body of someone who has been marked with it.
Isshiki’s ultimate goal is to locate and consume the Divine Tree, an ancient artifact that is said to contain the chakra of Otsutsuki’s god. The Divine Tree is located in the Land of Vally of Valleys, and it is guarded by the members of the Uzumaki clan.

Isshiki’s arrival on Earth marks a significant turning point in the Boruto storyline, as it threatens to upset the delicate balance of power between the ninja nations. His immense power and intelligence make him a formidable foe, and it will take all of the combined efforts of Boruto and his allies to stop him.
Despite his incredible strength, Isshiki Otsutsuki has a few weaknesses that have been released in Boruto manga and anime. For one, he can only exist in the human world for a limited amount of time before he needs to find a new host body. Additionally, he is vulnerable to certain types of Jutsu that can nullify his Dojutsu and limit his abilities.
