In that episode casting Malika Andrews, Kendrick Perkins, and Dave McMenamin where Perkins and dave shared their favorite dunks of the 2022 NBA season during which Malika Andrew reacted to Andrew Wiggins’ filthy posterizing dunk over Luka Doncic. She said, ” what about Stephen Curry‘s teammate Andrew Wiggins who thought that he could still who thought that he had this in his bag on Luka Dončić? I mean my goodness I did not know that he had that piece of equipment like what is this”

During Game 3 of the Western Conference finals, Golden State Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins delivered a vicious poster on Dallas Mavericks guard Luka Dončić

Wiggins received the ball at the three-point line with little under seven minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, drew a defender, and started moving toward the hoop.

Dončić attempted to stop Wiggins’ attempt to dunk when he raised and was challenged by him, but Wiggins ran right through him for the flush.

The referee blew the whistle and initially signalled an offensive foul, but Warriors head coach Steve Kerr appealed the ruling, leading to the decision being overturned and the basket being counted.

In 2020, Wiggins was traded from the Minnesota Timberwolves to the Warriors. The Cleveland Cavaliers picked Wiggins first overall in the 2014 draft, but he was later traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves.

And even Doncic himself had to give Wiggins credit.

“I got hit a little bit, but that was impressive,” Doncic said. “I’m not going to lie. I saw the video again, and I was like, ‘Oh …’ That was pretty incredible. I wish had those bunnies.”

The dunk and the initial offensive foul caused NBA Twitter to explode.

Jamal Crawford tweeted “Offensive foul or not… Dunk of the year!” Even Kendrick Perkins wrote on that dunk that time “That’s the same thing Blake Griffin did to me!!! That’s a BUCKET and an NFT. Carry the hell on…”
