To improve your gameplay in Random Dice, you can still collect these dice and complete your deck to improve your gameplay. All the A-tier dice are exactly the same as the S-tier dice, except for a few qualities here and there.
All of the worst dice in the game are found in the D tier of the Random Dice tier list. This does not mean that it will be the same for all players. Each player has a different opinion. Therefore, for some players, the dice in the lower tier might be the best and vice versa.
