Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens had an abysmal 2021 season wherein they not only missed the playoffs but were humiliated by being the last team in the AFC North division. This resulted in Lamar not being handed the ‘biggest’ and ‘heftiest’ contract extension. This just motivated the Ravens’ #1 QB to showcase his true worth.

Lamar Jackson suffered from an ankle injury and missed the last four games of the previous seasons. With many questioning his offensive prowess, the 25-year-old came out bold since the team’s inaugural game in the 2022-23 season.

Came to following weeks, Lamar Jackson caused a havoc with his brilliant plays. Yet he has received no heads up from the same organization upon a contract extension. His most recent performance against the New Orleans Saints only urged Robert Griffin III to make his plea for the 25- year-old Quarterback.

Previously when a fan asked Lamar Jackson for an autograph, he/she handed out a pluck card with a message ‘Pay Him Now.’ Lamar not only signed it but even smiled on the camera by reading the message, showing what he wants the Baltimore Ravens to do sooner rather than later.

The race for the MVP accolade is also between Jalen Hurts, Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson.

Having led the team so emphatically to a 6-3 record, on the backs of a 3-game winning streak, can Lamar pull off the unthinkable with the Ravens in the knockout stage? Could very well define and decide his numbers at the spot.
