To find the 10th trash can, players should fast-travel to the Central Plaza Space Anchor and go northeast to the left side of the Book Store. The upper section of the Administrative District holds 5 trash cans. To find the first one, teleport to the Golden Theater Space Anchor and turn around to locate the 15th trash can.
