WWE NXT preview: Rhea Ripley learns who her next opponent is and a big tag match in the Dusty Rhodes classic
WWE NXT preview: This week’s NXT has a couple of big matches on the cards as the Dusty Rhodes classic gathers steam.
Last week, Keith Lee became the No. 1 contender for the NXT North American Championship and there will be another similar match on this episode.
A Battle Royal will take place with NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley learning who her challenger will be.
The clash will feature some of the top female athletes on NXT with Bianca Belair, Chelsea Green, Dakota Kai, Candice LeRae and Io Shirai all looking to make a mark.
Mercedes Martinez, who recently joined the Performance Center, will also be part of this tasty match.
An old team links up for Dusty Rhodes classic
There are two matches set from the Dusty Rhodes classic this week with Matt Riddle and Pete Dunne facing off Flash Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews.
However, the attention will be on the second match of the evening. That sees Zack Gibson and James Drake (Grizzled Young Veterans) take on Kushida and Alex Shelley.

Kushida and Shelley have been partners in the past during their time in Japan and won several titles too.
Shelley is still one of the best tag performers in the world, and it will be interesting to see what he brings to the NXT universe after joining up with his former partner.
The Undisputed Era cause problems
NXT UK’s TakeOver: Blackpool II saw some special guest come in and make things interesting.
After Walter kept hold of his UK title, The Undisputed Era invaded and attacked Imperium and their leader.
The two factions meet at NXT World’s Collide and Imperium will not take this attack lying down.
