Lana and Asuka have a title shot at TLC 2020

Lana and Asuka have a won a shot at the Women’s Tag Team title at 2020 TLC on December 20th, 2020.

The two will go against Nia Jx and Shayna Baszler for the title, whom they’ve already beaten past in recent times.

Lana, in particular, was excited by this news after WWE announced on social media that Nia and Shayna will put their Women’s Tag Team titles on the line against them at TLC.

This news comes after Lana and Asuka beat the title holders in consecutive, non-title matches.

Lana got on Twitter to share her jubilation over the news as she tweeted “Couldn’t think of a better way to end 2020 and start 2021″

Title shot comes at a great time for Lana

The title shot has come at a perfect time for Lana as she has been on a hot streak recently.

With all the talks of her becoming a peripheral superstar in the Women’s division, Lana has achieved a lot in a short span of time.

She won the Battle Royale to earn a fight against Asuka. Lana was then selected for the RAW Women’s team in Survivor Series where the 35-year-old came out as the sole survivor for Team RAW.

The RAW Superstar has now won another shot at a title, this team while she is teamed up with Asuka.

For Asuka, this will be a chance to hold multiple titles at the same time. The Japanese superstar won her RAW Women’s Championship at Summerslam in August against Sasha Banks.
