Nikki Cross wasn’t pleased after her husband, Killian Dain, was attacked on WWE NXT

Nikki Cross always has one eye on WWE NXT where her husband, Killian Dain, performs. The big man is currently teaming up with Drake Maverick but things didn’t go well for him this week.

He was attacked by The Kings of NXT, Pat McAfee’s faction. Dain, Maverick and Ever-Rise were beaten up before McAfee and his men called out the Undisputed Era.

The heel faction even burned stuff in a trash can and sent out a warning to the rest of NXT. However, Dain wasn’t taking all this lying down and tried to mount an attack of all four men. Things didn’t go in his favour as he was beaten up a lot by the quartet and then a car was also used to leave him bleeding and bruised.

Cross coming to save her husband

While Dain was left bleeding by the side of the road after the car attack, Cross claimed she would be coming to save him after she found out which side of the road she had to drive on.

This was a bit of a hilarious take during a serious moment, but there is no doubt that Dain’s injuries looked serious.

The big man was just coming to terms of teaming up with Drake and it will be interesting to see what is next for him.

While the Era didn’t make a move on this week’s NXT, it wouldn’t be a surprise seeing Dain and Maverick try to get a piece of the Kings.

McAfee has formed a great stable with NXT tag champions Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan, however, the real surprise in all this is seeing a leaner and meaner Pete Dunne siding with them.
