Banks and Bayley formed a tag team later on and won the Women’s tag team title. While that team went on well, they had to take a break once Banks was injured.
Bayley was sent to SmackDown in a shake-up and won the Women’s Money in the Bank briefcase. She picked up the SmackDown Women’s title from Charlotte on the same night and created some history by winning all four belts in WWE.
Bayley might have lost that title soon but she was back winning it. Banks held the Raw Women’s title and Bayley the SmackDown one. The pair also held the WWE Women’s tag titles but lost that to Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler.
That was the catalyst for Bayley to attack her friend Banks, while she remains the SmackDown Women’s champion.
Bayley turned heel over a year back and brought out her new look too. Gone are the ponytails and her air-filled figures. The new Bayley has a mean look and is the longest-reigning SmackDown Women’s champion presently.
Early 2021 saw Bayley getting injured and getting sidelined. Bayley has now been down with an ACL injury for over a year and her return status is still unlikely.
Bayley Family and relationships
Bayley was born in San Jose, California in a Mexican-American family. She is one of the few female stars who have a Latin-American background and has spoken about it several times.
Bayley was always great in sports during her high school days and cited top stars such as Eddie Guerrero and Trish Stratus as her inspirations before getting into wrestling.
Bayley was engaged to her long-time boyfriend, Aaron Solow, in 2016. The pair met in 2010. Bayley and Solow have posted several photos of the pair on social media, while she has done the same with her family members too.
