Watch: When Shaquille O’Neal shocked fans by driving away in a tiny smart car in New York

NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal shocked fans when he was spotted driving in a relatively small car in New York.

While employing normal-sized objects, NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal seems gigantic. When O’Neal was 13 years old, he was already 6’6″. O’Neal led his high school squad to a state title. One player who was adept at utilizing his stature to his advantage in the post was Shaq.

There are several items that individuals frequently utilize. However, when Big Shamrock employs everyday objects, he makes most of those in his vicinity appear small.

Shaq demonstrates how he squeezed himself into a small automobile in a popular YouTube video first released in 2019. The 2019 Smart ForTwo model is a little vehicle. The vehicle seat barely has enough for Shaq’s legs. For someone who is 7’1″ and 325 lbs., the automobile appears to be relatively tiny. Shaq seems to be a confident driver, though. He not only fits in the miniature car, but he also makes the steering wheel like a small doughnut.

The former LA Lakers and Miami Heat player attempted to make a discreet get away from a local event when he hopped into the car and practically placed his chin on his knees while driving the tiny car.

“Shaq,” the stunned cameraman can be heard saying. Can you acquire a larger vehicle? No way. “Is it your vehicle?” No way, dude. Are you serious? That is ridiculous. No way. That is ridiculous. That’s crazy.”

Shaq appeared to be cramming himself into a Smart EQ Fortwo Prime Coup, which costs roughly £22,000.

The model has a sunroof, which may be helpful for the slam-dunking superstar if he needs more headroom. It’s unknown how his massive size 22 feet fit into the little pedals.

Shaq had previously been seen squeezing himself into a tiny car; however, he was much slimmer and the vehicle without a top when that sighting occurred back in 2008.

NBA stars have had similar issues in the past, such as when former Houston Rockets star 7’6″ Yao Ming struggled to fit in the front seat of an SUV in 2014. Yao and Shaq both played against each other during the 2000s. Yao was the first person to block Shaq’s shot three times in a row.
