This would be one of the biggest fights of his career and he is one of the main draws of the show. The 30-year-old was speaking to ESPN’s Phil Murphy. Adesanya was asked how it felt to be the attraction in one of the biggest cities, Las Vegas.

“There’s a video I put up on my stories. I feel bad for the people that don’t like me, they get to see me everywhere.

“I know some people who don’t like me personally, in my city of Auckland, and unfortunately, I am everywhere. S*** to be them.”

Adesanya’s troubled time in New Zealand

Although the 30-year-old is one of the biggest UFC stars in the world now, he wasn’t as popular when he was young.

The 30-year-old eve took up combat sports to deal with bullying. The decision seems to have paid off as he is the best in the Middleweight division, however, Romero won’t be an easy fight.

The 42-year-old might be more than a decade older than Adesanya but the Cuban has a lot of wrestling experience.

Adesanya has to be at his best and he believes that Romero is at the top of his game too. The 30-year-old has 18 consecutive MMA victories under his belt, and it will be interesting to see if he can rack up the 19th on 7 March 2020.
