WWE Legend Ric Flair shared a photo with his family consisting of, Charlotte Flair and son-in-law Andrade and the legendary Colons after his last wrestling match

Legendary wrestler Ric Flair recently made the headlines as he featured in his Last Match this past weekend at Jim Crockett Promotions in Nashville, TN.

After the match, Ric Flair took to Twitter and shared a picture of the celebration. He celebrated with his daughter Charlotte Flair, son-in-law Andrade El Idolo and former WWE star Carlito.

In his last match Flair teamed up with son-in-law Andrade El Idolo by taking on Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal in a tag team content. The match was concluded with Flair knocking out Jarrett with a pair of brass knuckles before pinning him on the canvas while applying a figure-four leglock. 

Ric Flair’s Last Match was a “big success” 

It has been reported by Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Ric Flair’s Last Match was a “big success” with the show receiving between 20,000 to 25,000 pay-per-view streaming buys and 4200 purchases through cable TV buys, without any kind of promotion television.

The Wrestling Observer even described it as “the second-biggest independent pro wrestling show in the U.S. of modern times.” The top spot belongs to the All In pay-per-view that took place in August 2018. It was done by Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks – who was signed to Ring of Honor at the same – in which 11,263 descended on the Sears Center Arena in Chicago, Illinois.

It has been also reported that 6800 fans attended the event at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium, which ultimately drew a gate of $448,502. It was the “second-largest indie gate ever in North America”. Major promotions such as WWE, WCW, and AEW, no other independent event hit Ric Flair’s Last Match gate number in pro wrestling history in the United States.
