James Harden, the Philly NBA star, reportedly received a $250,000 gift from his rapper friend Lil Baby on his birthday this weekend.

This past Friday was James Harden‘s 33rd birthday, and it’s safe to say he had a blast celebrating. Many well-known individuals, including former teammate Kevin Durant, were invited to the Philadelphia 76ers’ shooting guard’s birthday celebration, making sure they are on good terms.

A number of people on social media were shocked when Harden celebrated on a boat and threw his birthday cake into the water.

Fans are gaining more information about the big night now that things have reportedly come to a conclusion. One of them has to do with Lil Baby, a close buddy of Harden’s, and a huge birthday present he gave Harden.

The pay cut is not covered by the amount received by the grammy-winning rapper, but a gift is a gift. Harden signed a contract with Philly worth almost USD 68 million for two years.

Harden initially didn’t understand the present at first, but when he was prompted to open it, he realised it carried a quarter of a million, all cash. Fans also raised some questions on Twitter as the video went viral after his pay cut.
