Pictures of Philly star James Harden are making fans go haywire in which The Beard pulled off a fantastic body transformation this off-season. This seems like he lost weight for the better and is coming back with a redemption mindset in the upcoming season.

Harden has been one of the most durable stars that the league has ever seen, but over the past couple of seasons his body and gained weight has been the reason for constant injuries. It looks like he was wearing a fat body suit for the past seasons and threw that away now.

James Harden Putting in some work

Harden’s been putting in work this whole summer and the result is visible now. The photos of former MVP have created a buzz on the internet where he is seen working out in the gym.

Harden recently talked with the magazine Haute Time about how he is altering his intake to stay in shape and healthy as he is getting older.

The veteran point guard said in an interview with Adrienne Faurote, “I’ve got to be cautious of what I eat because as you get older, your metabolism slows down”. He added, “I don’t want to be going crazy working out now, but I am going into year 14, so I’ve got to be cautious as far as hitting my peak.”

The incredible body transformation came after back-to-back seasons of him not performing well in the playoffs. It seems like the beard is fully committed to winning a championship this year as he got the best possible shape of his body.

He also took a pay cut of almost 15 million USD as he claimed that while talking with Daryl Morey, he wanted to improve the roster and give him the leftover amount.

Harden’s move from Rockets to Nets and then 76ers and still not winning make critics raise some questions about his fitness and abilities. Fitness is answered with the picture and The Beard is all ready to take on the opposition and on a journey to redemption.
