The NBA 2k23 VC cost has left fans of the 2K franchise shocked and surprised, to say the least

An NBA 2K fan tweeted a screenshot of the NBA 2K23 VC cost to level their MyCareer player up from a 97 overall to a 98 overall rating. Twitter user @ipodkingcarter was shocked when he found out that he had to shell out 57,465 VC for the process. Several NBA 2k fans commented on the tweet voicing their discontent.

Fans have said that they are unhappy with the amount of money that has to be spent on the game to succeed. Some have even blamed 2K for increasing the number of transactions in the game. Twitter user @2KIntel even quoted @ipodkingcarter’s tweet and said that 2K is worse than EA. In addition to that, 2K has also increased the base price to buy VC. This makes it even more expensive to upgrade your player and buy other items in the game.

All of these problems combined have made the fanbase upset. The NBA 2K23 NBA VC cost to build a player is astronomical. When the new update comes, all that money might go to waste in case the player becomes obsolete.

When was NBA 2K23 released, and who was the Cover athlete?
