Kawhi Leonard made his return to the court this season. He recovered from an ACL injury that caused him to miss the entirety of last season and also the latter stages of the playoffs in the season before.

Kawhi Leonard was coming off the bench for the Los Angeles Clippers this season but unfortunately, there was discomfort once again in his knee. The Clippers’ star player hasn’t played since then and people are worried about his health. However, Ty Lue, the head coach of the Clippers recently provided a positive update about his star player’s health.

Talking about the health of Kawhi Leonard, Ty Lue said, “He played 5-on 5 with some of our guys, some of the players and some of the coaches. The first time he was able to get on the floor and play 5-on-5 and he looked pretty good. Still have a ways to go, but that was the first sign of positivity of him getting on the floor, playing 5-on-5.”

The Clippers would love to have their star player back as they are looking to win the first championship in the franchise’s history. Kawhi Leonard is also working hard to return to the court as he wants to shut his critics up.
