Ludwig launches new venture Offbrand, considers retirement from Streaming

Ludwig Ahgren recently took to Twitter to share some big news. While hinting at a future retirement from streaming, Ludwig announced his latest venture, Offbrand.

Ludwig ‘Ludwig’ Ahgren has made his name as one of the most popular streamers in the world. With his multiple ventures, Ludwig’s fame has skyrocketed to heights that have never been achieved by any other streamer. Now, in a recent Twitter post, Ludwig announced his latest venture, Offbrand.

While speaking about his inevitable retirement from streaming, Ahgren mentioned that he did not want to hold on to his fame and success for as long as possible. Instead, he would rather use his energy to help other creators do amazing things. That is where Offbrand comes into play, as it is a creative agency to help other creators.

Ludwig hints at retirement from streaming

Over the years, Ludwig has done some very commendable work using his platform. Be it his 31-day long subathon or his insane Mogul Money offline event, Ludwig has done it all. In a recent interview with The Washington Press, Ludwig spoke about the idea of his retirement. He stated,

“When I’m 45 years old, certainly I will be [too] out of touch to have that on Twitch or YouTube. Rather than fear that and try to maintain success for as long as possible, I love the idea of helping other creators make things that I think are cool.”

Ahgren spoke about his inevitable retirement and stated that instead of trying to hold on to his success as long as possible, he would rather help other creators achieve cool things. Speaking about this idea, he introduced his creative agency, Offbrand.

In a recent Twitter post, Ludwig announced his latest venture, a creative agency named Offbrand. He stated that the purpose of this venture was to help other creators achieve great things in their career.

“Not today, not tomorrow, but at some point in the future I will quit streaming. That doesn’t mean I won’t be involved behind the camera.”

Apart from Ludwig, Offbrand is co-founded by Nick Allen, Ludwig’s manager, as well as Twitch streamers Stanz and Atrioc, who are close friends of the Mogul Mail YouTuber.

Ludwig is not the only streamer to have come up with the idea of a creative agency for streamers and upcoming creators. In 2021, Pokimane also announced her creative agency, RTS, which would help budding creators make better choices with respect to brnad signings, partnerships, and other deals. Her venture was appreciated by many in the streaming industry, including the likes of Dr Disrespect.

The streaming community reacts to Ludwig’s announcement

As expected, Ludwig’s announcement took the entire streaming community by storm, as fans and creators alike came together to congratulate him and wish him success for his new venture.

As expected, the entire streaming community has high hopes from Ludwig’s latest project. However, they will have to wait for a while before they can find out more details about the project.
