Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 free access is around the corner and here’s everything to know about it.
COD is all set to release its free access multiplayer trial across all platforms. It is also going to feature New maps and modes in the upcoming game.
Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer trials are scheduled to release tomorrow that is 19th of April at 5 PM BST in the UK /10 AM PT and will be running for the entire week till Wednesday 26th of April. During this free trial period, players will get access to ten modern warfare, two maps across twelve different modes. Let’s have a look at all the information you shall know.
This upcoming Modern Warfare 2 free access period has now become the fastest-selling Call of Duty game title of all time. This would be season 3 of the game with a ton of new content for players to experience.
CoD Modern Warfare 2 Free Access
Activision often releases free access for its community so that players can get access to experience the latest call of duty. This would be the third free access period for modern warfare 2 that will allow players to explore the multiplayer modes which is a highlight of this trial period.
Players can get access to a sample Modern Warfare 2 v 2 gunfight mode, ground war, and Invasion Battle mode, 6 V6 all or nothing, Domination, Gungame, grind, hard point, infected, kill confirmed, one in the chamber, and for the final mode Team Deathmatch mode.
All of this content would run for a week in m w two absolutely free of charge. Players can get free access to this beginning at 10 AM PT/1 PM ET/6 PM UK. This will give the players plenty of time to test out modern warfare 2 for free.
CoD Modern Warfare 2 maps and modes
As for the maps, players will be able to try out six multiplayer maps including the new one Pelayo’s Lighthouse which has freshly arrived in season three, and another one Shipment which has been known else fans’ favorite. As mentioned above along with this nine 6 V 6 modes will be available for players.
The Gunfight mode also debuted in season 3 that is available in the free trial of modern warfare 2 for players to get.

- Gunfight Maps: Alley, Blacksite, Exhibit, Shipment
- Battle Maps: Santa Seña
- Battle Map Modes: Ground War and Invasion
How to Play CoD Modern Warfare 2 Free Access
To play modern warfare 2 for free during this free access. You will have to download the game on your respect to the platform store. Here is how to do it.
- Go to your respective console store which is Playstation, Xbox, steam, etc.
- Search for modern warfare two free access on the platform and look for the play free button option on p c.
- There would be a free trial for Call of Duty. Modern warfare two is available for you to download
- You can download this and launch the game on your device to play
