Jenna is a five-time U.S. National Latin Champion and a three-time National Contemporary Winner. She was a part of So You Think You Can Dance at the age of 18. She was a dancer in Dancing With the Stars for eight seasons, participated in four of Dancing With the Stars: Live, and later returned as a mentor on So You Think You Can Dance.

Valentin and Jenna got married in 2019, and the two had their first child in 2023. Vanetin is a Ukrainian-American professional dancer who was born on March 24, 1986. His father is a Jew, and his mother is a Christian.
His family moved to the United States in 1994, and they opened a youth-oriented dance studio in New Jersey. Valentina and her artist Diana became the first American dance team to win a junior championship title. In 2015, he started dating Jenna Johnson, and in 2017, he made the relationship official again.
On June 15th, 2018, the two got engaged, and in 2019, the couple got married. The two got married in Rancho Palo Verdes, California.
The couple was joined by their family and friends, and Johnson’s sisters joined as maids of honor. In July 2022, they announced that they were pregnant, and Jenna stated how Val would be a great father.
