Once you have acquired all 107 Wisps in the Hisui region you would be able to fight Spiritomb in Pokemon Legends Arceus. Go back to Jubilifr Village and speak to Nessa. She will guide you to meet her at the shrouded Ruins. You just have to make sure that you do all of this at night time or else you won’t find her.
When you find Nessa, she will tell you that there is actually one more Wisp to collect, which means there would be 108 Wisps in total to collect. Head to collect this wisp as well as you did with others and here you would find a wild Spiritomb.
Unlike other Polemon that are in the wild, you will have only this chance to get your hands on Spirittomb, so be sure to save before you try to catch it and avoid getting defeated in this battle.
