WWE RAW Ratings have reportedly dropped against NBA Finals for June 13 episode

The ratings for this week’s WWE RAW saw a decline. Viewership. The show was against stiff competition with game five of the NBA Finals between the Boston Celtics and Golden State Warriors.

According to Brandon Thurston of WrestleNomics, RAW gathered an average of 1.695 million viewers on the USA Network, down from the 1.872 million viewers that tuned in last week to see the fallout from WWE Hell in a Cell. 

Even though the overall viewers were down, the show was still ranked #1 among cable originals for the day in the key 18-49 demographic.

WWE RAW ratings fell throughout the show

It is interesting to see that WWE RAW received its highest rating in the program’s first hour, and viewers started to go down as the NBA Finals got underway. 

The show kicked off with Paul Heyman as a guest on Miz TV, which Riddle interrupted and hyped up his match against Roman Reigns, which will be happening this week on SmackDown.

The show’s final hour saw the biggest decline in viewers, with United States Champion Theory and Bobby Lashley main eventing the show with a “pose-down”. RAW went off the air after Theory sprayed baby oil in Lashley’s eyes and took a selfie to close the show.

Raw ranked #1 in P18-49 among cable originals for the day, according to Showbuzz Daily. Including broadcast primetime, it ranked #4. NBA finals ABC (3.99 P18-49 rating, 13.0 million viewers) ranked #1 overall for Monday.

Game six of the NBA Finals is on Thursday night, as it is coming to an end by this week. However, there is a piece of bad news for AEW Dynamite as the NHL Stanley Cup finals started this Wednesday.
