WWE NXT preview: WWE NXT didn’t have a lot to do with WrestleMania 36, but one of the matches saw a shift in the NXT Universe.

Charlotte Flair defeated Rhea Ripley to land the NXT Women’s title, and that ushers in a new era in the Black and Gold brand.

Flair returning to WWE NXT could have some major repercussions in the future and here is the preview for this week’s show.

Major ladder match

Speaking about Flair, she doesn’t have to wait a long time to find out who her next opponent is.

Six women will fight it out in a ladder match and the winner faces off against The Queen.

Chelsea Green, Mia Yim, Io Shirai, Candice LaRae, Tegan Nox and Dakota Kai all feature in this epic clash.

It will be interesting to see which star comes out on top of this. However, Ripley should have a rematch somewhere down the line.

The NXT women’s division is stacked with great performers, and this should be a fantastic match.

A rivalry ends

NXT will be known for the rivalry between Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa. The pair started off as unknowns, built a friendship but that was followed by betrayals from both stars.

Triple H decided to step in and one final battle will happen between the pair. The Game has warned them that any further clashes will lead to both of them being chucked out of NXT.

Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano tore the house down last week and a this could be a preview of more things to come at WWE NXT TakeOver

This was supposed to be one of the top matches at NXT TakeOver: Tampa, but the show was cancelled.

However, Ciampa vs Gargano will happen one more time on NXT, and it will bring the house down, that’s for sure.

The Dream speaks out?

Velveteen Dream wants Adam Cole’s title and it will be interesting to see if he does anything on this week’s show.

The Dream has been a little quiet in recent weeks, but that could be his tactic to hit out at Cole when the champion least expects it.

This and a lot more will be covered on the upcoming episode of NXT.
