Shayna Baszler won the tag titles all on her own at Payback with an incredible submission

Shayna Baszler showed off her MMA skills with an impressive double submission at Payback.

The Queen of Spades was paired up with rival Nia Jax as the duo tried to claim the tag titles. Now Jax and Baszler had their own rivalry going on, but they put this aside as they hunted gold.

Sasha Banks and Bayley came into this as champions but were taken to town right at the end of the match.

Baszler caught both of her rivals in a submission and got Bayley to tap out. She even used Banks’ arm to apply pressure on Bayley’s throat as the Golden Role Models lost their gold.

WWE called her a Submission Magician and she certainly liked that tag to her name:

Baszler was also the talk of the town with some of her Four Horsewomen teammates.

Marina Shafir, another member of Baszler’s crew, also praised the innovation used by the Queen of Spades in this clash:

A surprise win for a new team

Baszler and Jax have had a lot of friction between them, and it was a surprise seeing them win.

However, the pair could dominate the tag scene as they are two of the toughest women on the roster.

It will be interesting to see how the pair do after winning the titles. They could form a great team but could also implode given the nature of the stars.

There will also be a lot of questions asked on the future of Bayley and Banks. The pair held all the women’s titles on Raw and SmackDown a week back.

However, now only Bayley holds the SmackDown Women’s title while Banks has no gold around her waist.
