Jinder Mahal might be out with an injury but he seems to be in great shape ahead of his WWE return

The Maharaja, Jinder Mahal, is working extremely hard to get back to his best after his WWE return was dealt a blow.

Mahal had picked up a knee injury in 2019 and had gone through rehab and missed a good chunk of the year.

He made a surprise return in 2020 as he defeated Akira Tozawa on Raw but was again forced out of action. WWE confirmed that Mahal underwent another surgery to fix the problems in his knee, but the Maharaja has been posting a lot of videos regarding his rehab.

The former US and WWE Champion posted another video on Instagram highlighting the work he was doing to get into good shape.

Mahal looked ripped in the video but didn’t highlight when he was returning to WWE.

Another incredible return?

Mahal was released by WWE after his 3MB run. Drew McIntyre also got released after that run, and Mahal spent a lot of time in the indies.

However, he worked hard, cut out alcohol and was re-signed by WWE a couple of years later. The Canadian came looking ripped and was also alongside the Singh Brothers as he won the WWE title.

While fans didn’t back Mahal, he did a pretty decent job as a heel and beat some top stars to keep his title.

The Maharaja might be out of action now but that hasn’t stopped him from continuing his work. He wasn’t included in the 2020 Draft, which seems to be a story that we might not see him for a while.

However, Mahal seems to be in the shape of his life, again, and hopefully, he returns to action sooner rather than later.
