Dana Brooke hasn’t been seen on WWE a lot these days but she is doing her bit to stay in shape

WWE star Dana Brooke has a history of fitness modelling and hasn’t stopped even after getting into the world of wrestling.

The 31-year-old hasn’t won any of the major titles during her time in WWE. However, she is one of the fittest competitors on the roster.

WWE has reduced a lot of the wrestling in recent weeks, and Brooke hasn’t been seen much on TV.

She is, however, doing her bit to remain in top shape. The bodybuilder shared a video of what all she is doing at home to be in the best possible shape.

Brooke completed four sets of multiple exercises, and it is incredible at how much she did, even in the comforts of her home.

Her routine included bicep curls, leg raises, chest presses and a lot more.

Frankly, just looking at the sped-up video would get a lot of people tired and out of breath. Brooke seems to be spending her time smartly during quarantine, and her video did provide some of her fans with some tips on how to get into shape.

Hopefully, Brooke stays fit for a while but things haven’t been going all too well in WWE recently.

WWE releases several stars

Vince McMahon made the tough call to release several superstars yesterday. The big ones that were released included Lio Rush, Rusev, Erick Rowan Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.

Booking agents and produces were also let go such as Kurt Angle, Shane Helms and Fit Finlay. WWE had to take these measures due to the coronavirus pandemic, and there are suggestions that more such layoffs and firings could follow.

WWE has been deemed as an essential service in Florida recently and allowed to take live shows. However, even that hasn’t been enough to keep some jobs in the promotion.
