While she hasn’t been seen too often in WWE in recent times, she has confirmed that she is up for a fight. If there’s an interesting story down the line and as long as it has the potential to entertain the fans, Trish is ready to rumble once again.

WWE Hall Of Famer Trish Stratus recently spoke with Jay Brody from The B Team. Mornings on 102.1 The Edge in Toronto, where she spoke about her plan regarding a return to the squared circle.

“I have always said, and this is upon retirement, ‘will you come back, would you ever step back?’ I said if it’s a challenge for me, if it’s fun, it’s got to be fun for me. It’s gotta offer the fans, I mean it’s all about what you can bring to the fans, right? So, am I bringing you something that’s entertaining, is it interesting, is it different?

“Also, am I, I don’t want to say elevating another superstar, but am I doing something with someone new that you’ve never seen before? Am I doing something that will leave an impact on their trajectory perhaps, but also bring something for the fans? That was my return with Charlotte, that checked all the boxes for me. Like ‘okay, let’s do this.’ So I feel like if all those boxes are checked, I mean there could be some Stratusfaction that could ensue.”

Trish Stratus picked Becky Lynch as someone she would like to get in the ring with

Becky Lynch is without doubt one of the top female superstars of this generation. Trish Stratus was no less popular during the time she was active in WWE. That is the reason why the Hall of Famer enjoys such a huge fan following to this day.

Stratus mentioned Becky Lynch as someone she wouldn’t mind facing. According to Stratus, the disrespect that “The Man” dished out towards her long-time friend Lita is the reason why she wants to get into the ring with the current RAW Women’s Champion.

“Well, I mean after the disrespect that Becky Lynch showed to my friend, WWE Hall Of Famer Lita, probably her. Only because the opportunity could seem like a possibility,” she teased. “Two, you know, if she happens to be at this live event and she runs her mouth, you know, I am not doing yoga with her.”

“I will bring my boots.” – Trish Stratus on her WrestleMania 38 plans

Trish said she will be at WrestleMania 38 and carry her wrestling boots. She mentioned that she has learned to always be ready. This was a nice tease from the 7-time WWF/E Women’s Champion.

“I don’t know. Listen, I always say I bring the boots with me everywhere I go,” she said. “Because I’ve learned. It’s like you guys, would you always bring your mics, if you never know there might be a random interview, got to have them handy, I’m assuming. I am going to, of course, I will bring my boots. Because you just never know.”

Trish Stratus shares her opinion on Steve Austin’s comeback at WrestleMania 38

Trish Stratus knows very well what making a comeback means to a wrestler. She made her comeback against Charlotte Flair. Stone Cold Steve Austin is set to return at The Grandest Stage of Them All and Trish shared what “The Texas Rattlesnake” might be feeling right now.

In a different interview given to ET Canada Trish said:

“She is my son’s godmother,” Stratus said. “We were watching her, cheering her on. It was great. Believe me, I’m sure ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin is going through this right now, when you get back in the ring after being away for so long, it’s nerve-wracking. You also know that you’ve left an impression on the fans’ minds of who you are and what you bring to the ring. To be able to live up to that.

“Thankfully, I find that wrestling is like riding a bike. That’s what I discovered after my match with Charlotte. It’s exciting to see someone come back. It’s also a cool thing to step back into the mix and fans are still there for you right where you left off, which is really cool.”
