The news was first announced by David Shoemaker on TheRinger.com, Rick & Scott Steiner will be enshrined in the coveted hall during the 2022 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on April 1.

This is the first tag team to be inducted into this year’s class. The other inductees are The Undertaker, Vader, Queen Sharmell. The Warrior Award will most likely be collected by the family of Late, great Shad Gaspard on his behalf.

Rick and Scott were rumored to be joining the Hall of Fame Class of 2022 a month ago. Fans were skeptical though as Big Poppa Pump had made some scornful comments on WWE in the past. Fans are happy, however, that the deserving brothers are finally making it to the special list.

Twitter reactions on the induction news of The Steiner Brothers

The Steiner Brothers are former 7-time WCW Tag Team Champions. The Steiner Brothers competed in WrestleMania 9 against The Headshrinkers in 1993 at Caesars Palace. The soon-to-be Hall of Famers won the match which lasted almost 15 minutes.

The Steiner Brothers had also won the WWE Tag Team Championship on two occasions during the ’90s. They were very successful amateur wrestlers at the University of Michigan. Let’s take a look at the Twitter reactions.
