Shayna Baszler eyeing feud with Queen Zelina Vega
Zelina Vega recently won the first ever Queen’s Crown tournament at the Crown Jewel PPV. Vega beat Doudrop to capture the crown last night and has received a potential new challenge in the form of Shayna Baszler.
Baszler who was knocked out by Doudrop in the semi-finals of the tournament took to Twitter to potentially threaten the newly crowned Queen. The Queen of Spades posted:
The image posted by Baszler intended to be shot at Vega and also made it clear that she had the newly crowned Queen on her hitlist. Vega has seen quite a turn around in her WWE career this year.
From struggling to get a win in over five months to winning three back to back matches and being the winner of the inaugural Queen’s Crown tournament Vega has surely come a long way.
Baszler will most certainly look to steal some of the limelight from Vega and start a rivalry with her as well which can also be seen in the coming days.
Which WWE legend congratulated Zelina Vega?
Vega has received applauds from a lot of people after her triumph in the Queen’s Crown tournament. One of them happens to be from the WWE legend Booker T. The 2006 King of the Ring took to Twitter to congratulate the newly crowned Queen and said:
“Congratulations @TheaTrinidad! All Hail Queen Zelina! #WWECrownJewel”
Vega’s brilliant effort in winning against Doudrop despite the massive size disadvantage certainly pleased Booker T. Vega responded to this message from Booker T on Twitter and was also seemingly overwhelmed.
