Tamina and Nia Jax fight about ‘respect’ on Twitter after WrestleMania 37 confrontation

It’s been a couple of days since WrestleMania 37 concluded but the rivalries forged at the PPV are still very much alive.

Night two had a plethora of exciting matches, including the one for the WWE women’s tag team championship. A tag team turmoil match on night one decided the challengers.

Natalya and Tamina came through and pinned The Riott Squad to earn shot at gold against defending champions, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler.

The latter retained their title in an exciting match. When Baszler secured the win by a submission hold on Natalya, you would think WWE was doing it intentionally.

This is probably because they wanted to keep Jax and Tamina apart from each other in the end considering they were tag team partners and good friends a few years ago.

But that was apparently not the case as the two still managed to engage in a verbal dispute earlier this week. Jax started the conversation by sharing a post which warned Tamina to stay out of her spotlight.

The latter responded by saying she never wanted fame and only wanted to win the respect of the locker room and fans. The perfect response for a babyface, you’d think.

‘The Irresistible Force’ then fired shots at Tamina and said no one really knew her before she forged an allegiance with Jax in 2018.

This seems like a new storyline that WWE is exploring for the 4 of them; especially for the champions, after their aimless and short-lived rivalry with Asuka and Charlotte Flair.

Otherwise, they wouldn’t have made them go head-to-head for the title if they couldn’t make something happen from it in the near future.
