The New Day was named the greatest tag team of all time in WWE and beat 49 other teams
The top 5 teams were announced as part of the series aired on Peacock, which featured 50 of the best tag teams with the New Day on top in WWE/WCW/NWA and ECW.
This is including The Pitbulls, The Koloffs, Sting and Lex Luger, Sabu and Rob Van Dam, The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express, The Midnight Express, The Hollywood Blondes, Ricky Steamboat and Jay Youngblood, Harlem Heat, Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard,The Outsiders, Doom and The Freebirds.
The hosts for the show were the recently released Tyler Breeze and Fandango.

New Day is a trio formed by Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Big E who went on to achieve remarkable success in their team as a trio. Even though, they are not together in WWE now they reached stupdendous heights in their time.
SmackDown Superstar Big E commented after receiving the news from WWE saying:
“I know many will disagree with the list but being named the greatest tag team of all time makes me reflect on our journey. I’m massively grateful for @TrueKofi & @AustinCreedWins. I’m thankful we bet on ourselves & were unafraid to pursue a path that felt right for us.”
What makes the New Day so special?
The New Day have won the SmackDown Tag Team Titles on seven occasions and the Raw/WWE Tag Team Championships on two occasions. The work that Kingston, Woods, and Big E to portray themselves to rise from all the taboo surrounded for Black wrestlers. They redefined the tag team division while providing consistent performances every week.
The work done by the team also landed Kofi Kingston a WWE Championship after beating Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 35. The upcoming careers with a fun-filled gimmick gave them a platform to go all out and aim to be the best, which they fulfilled.
