Randy Orton surprised the WWE Universe using the finisher of Matt Riddle – the Bro Derek to beat Xavier Woods on Monday Night RAW
Matt Riddle shocked the WWE Universe last week when he used Randy Orton’s RKO to beat Xavier Woods.
In the match against Woods, Orton was in control from the start as he threw Woods over the ropes and smashed his face into the commentary table. He went on to deliver a thundering suplex on the table. Back in the ring, Orton continued to stay in charge but Woods tried to come back into the fight landing a combination of a dropkick and elbow to Orton for a near fall.
Orton shrug off the attempted comeback by Woods and dominated again. He decided to end the fight with a stare towards Riddle and delivered the Bro Derek for a pin-fall victory.
After the bell, Riddle got in the ring and excitedly celebrated.
Riddle in a post-match interview was elated with Orton’s match :
” I don’t know what to say.. I don’t know what to do, I got to talk to Randy”

The WWE Universe has taken well to the formation of the R-K-Bro over the past couple of weeks, and many have called it the highlight of WWE RAW.
With this momentum, Orton and Riddle could find themselves challenging against AJ Styles and Omos. With the tag team champions beating New Day, the RK-Bro is likely to contend for the title in the near future.
A showcase between the two teams at Money in the Bank or Summerslam would be worth a watch.
The Tag Team division looks set to be heating up in the next few months and the RK-Bro looks to be an integral part of it.
