In the end, it were best friends turned rivals Kai and Nox fighting it out. While it seemed that Kai would be getting the better of her rival, Nox turned it up and picked up the win.

She now has a shot at the women’s title, but Nox was emotional after the clash. She spoke about her injury history and how it has affected her chances in WWE.

Nox has suffered a couple of severe injuries during her time in WWE and also wears a knee brace on her left leg.

While she might have lost a few years recovering from the injuries, she is now ready for the next chapter.

Nox posted an emotional message on social media as she spoke to the NXT Universe too:

“People always try & use my injuries to bring me down and to be honest, even I’m fed up of talking about them but I have to accept they’re part of my story!

“Now it’s time to write the next chapter & show EVERYBODY exactly why I’m Faster, Stronger, Shinier!!”

Ready for the title?

Nox could have been battling for the title a couple of years back, and it will be interesting to see what happens next.
