Edge hit the curb stomp as the finisher to secure the win against Seth Rollins at Crown Jewel 2021
Edge vs Seth Rollins was an instant classic. The WWE was brave enough to air Edge vs Rollins as the first match of the PPV, and boy it delivered!
The match went on for almost 30 minutes, with both the wrestlers going back and forth.
The pendulum kept swinging wildly in a massively unpredictable match. At one point, Rollins had almost sealed his victory.
‘The Visionary’ had tied his boots with a steel chain and landed a massive boot on an already beaten up Edge.
The tide shifted in Edge’s favour after Edge struck a chair to Rollins’ groin. There was no looking back for Edge after that.
Although groggy, Edge finished Rollins with the curb stomp. A brilliant ending to an entertaining contest.
There were mixed reactions on Twitter. Although a majority acknowledged the way the match panned out, many weren’t satisfied with the way Edge delivered the curb stomp.

Second straight big match defeat for Seth Rollins against Edge
All plans of Rollins’ exacting revenge for his big match loss against Edge at SummerSlam 2021 were put to bed by ‘The Ultimate Opportunist.’
Edge’s win at SummerSlam 2021 wasn’t as had fought as this one. He had brought out the Brood entrance that night, and put on a dominant show against Rollins.
Rollins will be kicking himself.
