McIntyre, who made his WWE debut in 2001, joined British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Football Association (FA) in slamming those who abused the three black players after they failed to score in the penalty shootout of the 2021 Euro Finals.

“You win together. You lose together. That’s sport. The racist abuse aimed at Saka, Sancho, and Rashford is disgusting and has no part in any society.” McIntyre tweeted.

The Finals of Euro 2021 was held at Wembley Stadium, London, UK between England and Italy on Monday. England managed to qualify for the first major tournament final since 1966 and expectations were sky-high.

After England’s loss, Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, and Bukayo Saka were racially targeted on social media.

“We’re disgusted that some of our squad – who have given everything for the shirt this summer – have been subjected to discriminatory abuse online after tonight’s game. We stand with our players.”
