Drew McIntyre hits out T-Bar ahead of Tag Team match on WWE Raw

Former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre has lashed out at T-Bar on social media ahead of their Tag Team fight on Raw.

McIntyre has been at the receiving end of brutal attacks from T-Bar and his former ‘RETRIBUTION’ buddy Mace. The duo have targeted the Scottish Warrior in the last two weeks on Raw.

Last week saw McIntyre demand a 2-on-1 handicap match against the pair – a bout he won via disqualification after T-Bar and Mace double-teamed on him and kept attacking even after the bell.

Braun Strowman rushed to the ring to make the save, leading to an impromptu Tag Team match. This time it was the ex-RETRIBUTION members who won via DQ as McIntyre took off Mace’s ask and hit him with it relentlessly, before Strowman did the same to T-Bar.

With that bout ending in a DQ, WWE announced that the quartet will be involved in another Tag Team match on Raw this Monday.

Following the announcement, T-Bar took to Twitter to big himself and Mace up ahead of the Tag Team match. The wrestler, formerly Dominik Dijakovic on WWE NXT, referred to McIntyre and Strowman as goofs and said he and Mace will take down ‘3MB’ and ‘Thomas The Tank Engine’ for good.

Responding to the tweet, McIntyre made scathing remarks against T-Bar, claiming that he had never won anything while on NXT and has done little since being promoted to the main roster.

The Scottish Warrior also added that he had more name changes than he had won titles. He also touched upon Mace’s stint as commentator as Dio Maddin, saying that it was his biggest achievement.

While the RETRIBUTION ship may have sunk, T-Bar has constantly maintained his top game on social media. With McIntyre hitting back in kind, it does make things interesting ahead of Monday’s Tag Team contest.

It is quite clear that MVP has been behind these attacks ahead of McIntyre’s WWE Championship title rematch against Lashley next month.
