WWE superstar Batista also doubles up as a pretty good movie actor
Batista is one out of the handful of WWE stars that has tried his hand at Hollywood and actually succeeded.
John Cena and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson are other examples. The three of them enjoyed immense success on WWE before making it big outside.
But picking between them is a tough task for anyone. They are not the best actors you would find in the industry, but they are the best WWE has to offer to Hollywood.
While The Rock has featured in blockbuster movies like the Fast & Furious franchise, Dave Bautista has made his name by acting in hits like Avengers, Riddick, and Spectre.
And former WWE superstar Christian, who has worked with all these names during his time at the promotion, was made to choose between the 3.
Christian chooses Batista as best actor from WWE due to his range
Christian seemed to have no doubt in his mind when he answered that question on ET Canada (h/t prowrestling.net).
‘Captain Charisma’ said that he is very impressed by the range that Batista has and how he can always fit into the role that is given to him on the screen.
“I mean, they’re all talented in their own way, but I think Dave Bautista really brings something different to each one of his roles. Like his range is what’s impressed me more than anything. The range that he can bring to every single role and that he can. He has the ability to suck the audience in, almost know he can. He can talk. He can be believable in any role. But it’s not that the other guys aren’t. I don’t know. It’s hard to put a finger on it, but it’s something about just fine range is incredible. And that’s so impressive to me.”
Christian went on to say that he too wants to try out acting in a serious, dramatic role in the future. He already has acted in a bunch of movies already.
But none of them are blockbuster hits and wrestling fans would surely not mind seeing the current AEW star get his call-up to the big screen.
