Charlotte Flair full of praise for Nikki and Brie Bella after WWE Hall of Fame induction
WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair lavished Nikki Bella and Brie Bella with immense praise after the duo was confirmed for the WWE Hall of Fame induction.
The Bella Twins are set to be inducted into the Hall of Fame this year even though they were announced as part of the class of 2020 last year as the ceremony had to be cancelled due to the pandemic.
As a result, both the 2020 and 2021 Hall of Fame inductees will be celebrated together on April 6 ahead of WrestleMania 37.
And the Bella Twins’ inclusion on the list is more than merited for their achievements in WWE. Between them, Nikki and Brie have held the WWE Women’s Championship thrice and have been named the Diva of the Year on two occasions.
Charlotte Flair reacts to Nikki and Brie Bella getting inducted to Hall of Fame
Ahead of the induction ceremony in a week, current WWE superstar Charlotte Flair has taken to Twitter to congratulate the Bella Twins for the achievements. The Queen also added that she learnt a lot from the time she shared with Nikki and Brie, hailing them for the role they played in the Women’s evolution in WWE.
“They have opened doors for generations to come and I am thankful for the times I was able to be in the ring with both queens. So proud and congratulations ladies.”
The Bella Twins confirmed their in-ring retirement in March 2019. But, recently, both Nikki and Brie have dropped hints of a possible return to action. It remains to be seen whether that materialises or not but their legacy as two of the most successful performers of WWE’s Women’s division is cemented.
Along with the Bella Twins, JBL, The British Bulldog, Jushin ‘Thunder’ Liger and The NWO are also being inducted into the Hall of Fame class of 2020. Molly Holly, Eric Bischoff, Kane, Rob Van Dam and The Great Khali have been confirmed for the class of 2021 inductees.
