The first season of the series officially premiered on October 6, 2021, with judges Andrew Smyth “engineering” specialist), Joanne Chang (baking specialist), and Hakeem Oluseyi (engineering specialist). Host Justin Willman presents the show.

Who are the winners of the first season of Baking Impossible?

The contestants compete in pairs, for a grand prize of $100,000. At the end of each episode, one pair is voted off. The winning team of the episode gets an advantage in the next episode, such as being able to preview the stress test before the other teams or being able to attempt the stress test more than once.

The winner of the Baking Impossible 2021 was Team Sara and Rodolfo and the runners-up were Cindy and Taylor. However they took their defeat graciously and said,

“If there’s one team [we] feel honoured to come second behind it Sara and Rodolfo. We’ve been rooting for them this whole time.”

After crowning as champions Sara and Rodolfo also stated their feeling, 

“This was incredibly difficult, I was tested in ways I didn’t expect to be tested and when you’re doing a partner competition you can’t give up so we didn’t,” Sara said.

Rodolfo was in awe of her partner and said that Sara pushed her in his down moments,

“I remember sometimes when I was a little down and she would always kick me saying let’s go you told me you wanted to win so it’s good that we had our down moments. At the same time when she was a little down, I was there to push her up and when I was down she was doing the same thing for me.”
