Gerald Brisco is a WWE legend while Sarah Stock and Mike Rotunda were also part of the latest releases
WWE continued its cuts as three popular members were part of the latest releases.
PWInsider broke the news that two backstage members, Mike Rotunda and Sarah Stock were leased by the promotion.
The third name that was released was WWE Hall of Famer, Gerald Brisco. WWE has been cutting staff and wrestlers ever since the coronavirus pandemic hit. Performers such as Zack Ryder, Rusev and Taynara Conti were just some names that were released by the organisation in the wake of the pandemic.
They have also cut producers from the back with Kurt Angle being one of the biggest names on the list.
The report adds that Rotunda and Stock were furloughed in April but they have been released now.
Who are they?
Brisco is possibly the biggest name in this latest release from WWE. The Hall of Famer posted an update on Twitter and highlighted that he had been working with Vince McMahon for 36 years.
Ok, want to get this out the right way. Last night I received a call from @wwe Chairman Of The board @VinceMcMahon to let me know after 36 years of dedication to @wwe i an no longer needed. I’m ok withthis. I will still be around to help talent. More info will follow. Thanks

Many WWE fans shared their support for the Hall of Famer and thanked him for all the help he provided over the years.
Brisco was also furloughed back in April 2020. He started his career as a wrestler and later moved to talent spotting and helping out on-screen talent.
He won many tag titles with his brother and was one of the biggest on-screen members during the Attitude Era too.
Rotunda, for his part, is a former WWE tag team champion after forming a team with Ted DiBiase. He also fought on WCW after leaving WWE but worked as a road agent and producer.
Rotunda is also the father of Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas.
Stock was best known for her time in TNA as Sarita and she held the TNA Knockouts Tag team title twice with different partners.
The 41-year-old fought all across the world and joined WWE in 2015. She trained several stars during her time with the promotion and many stars also were saddened by her release too.
WWE have done a lot of cuts due to the pandemic and most of their top released talents have joined other promotions.
Hopefully, the same follows for the backstage members as they all have a ton of experience which can be put to good use.
