Nate Diaz wants the UFC to make “b****” Conor McGregor a new belt

Nate Diaz has requested the UFC to make a new belt for his greatest rival Conor McGregor.

“The double champ does what the f*** he wants.” – Conor McGregor exclaimed after he beat Eddie Alvarez at UFC 205 after winning the lightweight belt to become a two-division champion. Gone are the days when ‘The Irishman used to be the real deal’.

Had he not been knocked out against Dustin Poirier at UFC 257 in their rematch, things would have been different, as fight fans began speculating that ‘the Notorious’ was washed and finished since he was knocked out for the first time in his glorious career.

And, now he awaits a second rematch – The trilogy bout against Poirier at UFC 264 in July, later this year. Beating ‘The Diamond’ might shut down all the naysayers, and ‘Mystic Mac’ will be hoping to do exactly that.

More recently, McGregor posted a Tweet asking the UFC to set up a new belt exclusively for him, which will make it two since ‘The McGregor Belt’ is already in creation. McGregor the new belt to be named RMF – ‘Richest M*****f***** Belt’.

McGregor wrote:

“Let’s do two belts actually @ufc. Champ Champ always does two. We’ve got “The McGregor Belt” currently in creation, and now we’ve got the all-new “RMF” belt. “The Richest M*********** Belt”. This way we can put both the rubies and the emeralds to good use.”

Nate Diaz, arguably the Irishman’s greatest ever rival, who is all set to make a return to the UFC at UFC 262, chimed in once he saw the Tweet his old foe posted.

He then requested the UFC to make lil b***h McGregor the belt he wanted. With a sarcastic undertone Diaz urged McGregor to go after those belts.

Diaz tweeted:

@ufc go ahead and make this lil b**** a belt or 2 with rubies or whatever he wants on it i think he really needs it I need his confidence hi so he can do well so go ahead and make the belt if you would like too And go out there and gettem champ..”

Diaz – McGregor will go down as one of the greatest rivalries in the history of combat sports

Had Rafael dos Anjos not been injured, we wouldn’t have seen, what is one of the greatest rivalries in the history of any sport. RDA was scheduled to take on McGregor at UFC 196, but pulled out just as the fight was nearing commencement.

In stepped Diaz, on extremely short notice, and to top it he beat McGregor at UFC 196 playing spoilsport on his welterweight debut. And, although at UFC 202, the Irishman exacted revenge (via unanimous decision), it wasn’t as sweet as Diaz’s submission victory at UFC 196.

The trash-talking was at its peak during their rivalry, turning out to be a massive windfall for UFC President Dana White.
