Francis Ngannou has had enough of Jon Jones and wants to fight Stipe Miocic

The UFC Heavyweight division certainly has two stars looking to pick up the gold from Stipe Miocic.

Francis Ngannou has turned his career around after a couple of losses, one to Miocic, and is keen for the crown.

Jon Jones is the other who wants a crack at Miocic. Jones moved up from the Light Heavyweight division and even vacated his title. The American is considered as one of the greatest MMA stars in the history of the sport and he has been working hard to gain weight and build his body up for this clash.

The UFC hasn’t made a decision on who faces Miocic yet but the champion has stated that he isn’t keen on a rematch with Ngannou.

Jones also called out Miocic on Twitter and also claimed that a fight against Ngannou just wasn’t something that would work.

That seems to have irked Ngannou and he called out both Jones and Miocic in one tweet. Ngannou told Jones to wait for his turn and added that Miocic couldn’t avoid him anymore.

“I thought I told you to sit down and wait your turn Jonny? Stipe can not avoid me any longer. #UNCROWNEDCHAMP”

Ngannou even called himself as the uncrowned champ, and it will be interesting to see what happens next.

Miocic vs Ngannou 2?

Ngannou’s first loss in the UFC came against Miocic at UFC 220. This was for the Heavyweight title, however, the Cameroon-French star then lost another fight to Derrick Lewis.

Ngannou turned things around after that and is on a four-fight win streak. His last win was over Jairzinho Rozenstruik and he should be next in line for a crack at Miocic.

Giving the title shot to Jones might be the big clash that could earn the UFC a lot of PPV buys, however, the American has to wait for his shot.

Jones could face the winner of Miocic vs Ngannou, and that would be an excellent fight as well.
