Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones seem to have beef even after all these years

Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier took off their gloves another time but restricted the battle on social media this time.

It all started with Cormier speaking about who the GOAT should be and Jones claimed that DC shouldn’t even be speaking about that:

Jones kept in taking hits at DC throughout and even claimed that the former two-division champion was trying to milk his latest loss to Stipe Miocic.

DC retired after that UFC outing but someone brought up that Jones had been stripped in the past for being on drugs.

Jones has had issues with this but claimed that he didn’t have any steroids in his system:

Cormier comes in for the kill

While DC retired from the UFC after his second loss to Miocic, he still is one of the greatest ever. Jones, for his part, has been the most dominant Light Heavyweight Champion and is now planning to move up a division and take on the champ, Miocic.

Jon Jones has been arrested several times in the past

Cormier posted several headlines about Jones failing tests in the past and some of them could have been performance-enhancing drugs too:

Cormier also had another parting shot at Jones. He spoke about how he came back after losing to Jones, won the title, had back surgery and made a great return to the Octagon.

DC also challenged to see what Jones would do when he would turn 41 but Bones had other plans:

Jones claimed that he would retire when he turns 35 since he would have won all the top titles. He also sent a parting shot to his former rival by claiming Cormier would become a high school coach, but the best one.

Jones moving to the Heavyweight division is interesting and him taking on Miocic should be fun too. However, the rivalry between Jones and Cormier doesn’t seem to be ending and this will continue for decades to come.
